Another community art update

Just got over the 500 card threshold! This update uses a whole bunch of art made by the SCP community, among other things.

  • Dr. Jack Bright now gives +2/-1
  • Unusual Incidents Unit Office is now activatable during the main phase instead of the upkeep
  • Compulsory Assistance now costs 1W, gives +2/+2, and creates two tokens
  • The Doctor, Pestilence's Cure has now 4 toughness
  • Living Plastic Flamingos now cost 3
  • Fatal Drinking Contest you now choose each target
  • The Boring Agreement now only trigger once per turn
  • Business Crows upped life loss to 2
  • Fantastical Scorcher now cost 1R
  • Zena Cho's Command now cost 1B
  • Endless Store second ability cost 1 extra
  • Beckoning Blunt Sword is now uncommon, equipped creature is forced to attack, and ability now cost 1R
  • Dr. King, Seed Cursed ability now deals 4 damage
  • Demonic Contract now cost 1B
  • The Ethics Committee sacrifice protection is now delayed to the end of the turn
  • Yash, Profane Dark now cost 1BB and has 2 power
  • Dr. Alto Clef, Gun Enthusiast now cost 1RWB and is a 3/3
  • Interplanar Emergence now cost 2R
  • Shark-O-Calypse you now don't deal yourself damage when touching yourself
  • On Site Nuclear Warhead now destroys all nonland permanents
  • Fondation Front reworked how the abilities work, no more tapping enchantments
  • Optimization can now enchant artifacts
